For some reason, the "CN=Public Folders" was under:
CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com

when it should be under:
CN=Folder Hierarchies,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (...),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=company,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com

The "CN=FolderHierarchies" [msExchPublicFolderTreeContainer] didn't even exist!

Navegas hasta CN=Exchange Administrative Group (...),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=company,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com

• Boton derecho para crear el objeto con ADSIEdit cuándo pregunta el tipo de objeto marcas:

msExchPublicFolderTreeContainer

• El nombre es solamente:

Folder Hierarchies

Luego navegas a CN=Exchange Administrative Group (...),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=company,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com

• Das right clic sobre "CN=Public Folders" y le das clic en Mover

Luego navegas en la pantalla Mover hasta CN=Exchange Administrative Group (...),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=company,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com
y das clic en aceptar

Reinicias Information Store
net stop msexchangeis
net start msexchangeis

The error has gone.
