According to previous link the Chipset for Gigabit LAN is an Intel 82579V Gigabit Ethernet Controller

You could download the generic driver on Intel page http://www.intel.com/support/ethernetcomponents/controllers/82579/sb/CS-032239.htm

but you get: "Intel Adapter not found on this system error message"

So you need to download de generic driver according to your Windows OS version and Release or use your Mainboard OEM CD and follow the next procedure

for Windows 2008 R2 x64
Step 1:
- Copy the contents of DVD to a folder on your desktop
- Browse to \Software\Drivers\LAN\PRO1000\Winx64\NDIS62\
- Open with notepad the next file e1c62x64.inf

Step 2:
Go to the section [ControlFlags]

Change
 ExcludeFromSelect = \
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1502,\
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503
 with

ExcludeFromSelect =

Step 3:
copy the next line on bottom of the entries in [Intel.NTamd64.6.1]

%E1503NC.DeviceDesc%            = E1503.6.1.1,       PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503

Step 4:
Save the inf file
Go to Computer Management or Device Management
Update driver pointing to the \Software\Drivers\LAN\PRO1000\Winx64\NDIS62\ folder

Step 5:
Get DHCP or IP Address Settings
