After installing Windows Live Messenger or Whatsapp setup, some Blackberry Bold 97xx start to fail to save contacts on their default address list.
Sometimes backup fixes the issue, but this issue appears again.
Our solution was remove windows live and Whatsapp and then restart.
Be careful to reinstall this applications with the battery full charged and with wifi enabled, restart as requested.
